The Ohio River Chapter is a new addition to the Buckeye Trail Association, serving the greater Cincinnati area. Established by splitting from the Miami Rivers Chapter, it supports the trail through hiking, backpacking, and volunteerism. This region blends deep cultural history with scenic trail experiences, offering everything from river views to ancient earthworks. Volunteers here help maintain and preserve a vital stretch of the Buckeye Trail in Ohio’s southwest corner.
