Kent Daniels, a BTA Trail Adopter, has provided access to and stocked a roadside water cache for BT hikers in the West Union Section. Near the end of Point 5, after crossing Moore’s Run on SR 247, in 0.4 mi on the west side of the road, is a black storage box containing bottles of water. Coordinates are 38°44’27.3”N, 83°31’05.1”W, A short gravel path leads from the road to the box.
