Pemberville Map Update

Pt 1: River Rd at Mechanic St (SR 64) in Waterville

This map update is necessary to update the description for Pt 1 to remove the reference to a parking area and to add caution concerning a roundabout constructed by ODOT several years ago.
The update applies to the BTA printed map for Pemberville and to the BTA map in the FarOut application.

The following is the updated description:

Pt 1: River Rd at Mechanic St (SR 64) in Waterville
The PEMBERVILLE SECTION begins here. The DEFIANCE SECTION describes the section CCW (S). Facilities: Main street of Waterville (G, P, PO: 43566, R, W) is 2 blocks W.

Turn E onto Mechanic St and cross Maumee R.

About midway across bridge, BT enters Wood Cty. Granger Island is visible in river immediately S of bridge.

Traffic can be very busy along this route to Haskins. Use caution.

At the new roundabout, follow crosswalks to reach the E side of W River Rd (SR 65 / SR 64). Turn S and continue out of Waterville past Reitz Rd (T101, exits E). After 200’, W River Rd (SR 65) exits SW. Continue S on SR 64, now named Findlay Rd across Ovitt Rd (0.5 mi, T104) and King Rd (0.8 mi, T100). At King Rd, enter the Village of Haskins where SR 64 is named N Findlay St.
