Loveland Trail Alert from April 26, 2026 updated:

Pt 8 Sidewalk on NE Corner of Wooster Pike (US 50) at Newtown Rd

Construction for access improvements at Bass Island will continue through the summer of 2026.
The Bass Island parking lot and river access are closed.

Trail users can still access the trail from the Little Miami Golf Center (0.6 mi SW on Newtown Rd/Church St) and Avoca Trailhead (0.6 mi NE on US 50), both of which offer on-site parking with a valid Motor Vehicle Permit. The permit is required for vehicle entry at Great Parks’ parks and conservation areas across Hamilton County.
