NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BUCKEYE TRAIL ASSOCIATION

The Buckeye Trail Association’s constitution requires that we hold “at least an annual meeting of the membership.” The date of this year's annual meeting is September 7, 2024. The annual meeting is a testament to how we've grown in the last 60+ years since 1959 when Emma "Grandma" Gatewood, a charter member of the BTA and one of the first trustees, along with numerous others, envisioned the growth of the Buckeye Trail Association. We have much information to share with everyone.

The meeting is open to all BTA members.
All TrailFest attendees are welcome and encouraged to attend! Virtual attendance details will be updated closer to the Annual Meeting date.

As an important part of the Annual Meeting, the membership will vote on 5 members to be Trustees. The Board Resource Committee (BRC) provides the names of candiates running for election.

Additional items on the agenda include reports by the Executive Director, the Treasurer, and other BTA committees to provide a picture of where we are as an organization and what we hope to become. Questions and comments by members and friends in attendance are welcome.
