Meals for TrailFest

All meals are provided by the Maumee Bay Lodge

Meal Service

When you register for Buckeye Trailfest ‘25, you will have the option to purchase a meal plan in advance. Please note that there will be no on-site meal plan purchases available at the event. BTF ‘25 will offer two different meal plans, and during check-in, you will receive a wristband indicating which plan you have selected. The meal plans will feature a variety of options served buffet style. Meals will be served in the White Egret room.

**Please note dietary restrictions and allergies in the comments of your registration form.

If arrive on Friday, you will be on your own for supper.

Meal Plan 1 with wristband — All Meals (Saturday and Sunday)— $95, Purple Wristband
Meal Plan 2 with wristband — Saturday dinner only — $30, Blue Wristband

Menu and Meal Schedule

Saturday:

Breakfast (7:00am — 8:00am): THE EXECUTIVE CONTINENTAL: Assorted Danish, muffins, and mini cinnamon buns; Bagels with cream cheese; Fresh fruit display; Assorted juices; 100% Colombian coffees and hot teas
Lunch (12:00pm — 1:00pm): THE DELICATESSEN: Smoked Turkey, ham, roast beef; tuna salad, traditional macaroni salad, chef’s potato salad; soup of the day; garden salad with house dressings; assorted artisan breads; sliced cheese tray with American, Swiss, Cheddar, and Provolone; traditional sandwich condiments; speciality potato chips; relish tray; coffee, hot and iced teas
Dinner (6:00pm — 7:00pm): SOUTH OF THE BORDER: Southern Salad, Taco Bar with assorted meats and side dishes; Buffet Accompaniments: Tortilla Chips, Taco Shells, Flour Tortillas, Shredded Cheddar Cheese and Lettuce, Diced Onion and Tomato, Jalapeno Peppers, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Salsa; Cinnamon Churros; 100% Colombian Coffees, Hot and Iced Teas

Sunday:

Other Dining Options at Maumee Bay Lodge

Water's Edge Restaurant — From the Water's Edge, take in a breathtaking wraparound view of Lake Erie. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the restaurant features everything from pub pretzels to our famous fish and chips. The kids will love our children’s menu!
Restaurant Hours:
- Breakfast: 8:00 — 11:00 am
- Lunch: 11:00 am — 2:00 pm
- Dinner: 5:00 — 9:00 pm
Icebreaker Lounge — After a busy day of exploring, kick back and enjoy your evening at the Icebreaker Lounge. The relaxing nautical theme is complemented perfectly by your favorite drink or meal from our restaurant menu.
Bayside Snack Shop — Grab a quick bite before you head out for the day—or refuel after you’ve been exploring. There’s something for the whole family to enjoy!

Maumee Bay Lodge policy requires that food be purchased through the lodge and consumed only in the dining room, lounge or private meeting room. Therefore, no food is to be consumed in the public areas.
