Meals for TrailFest

Meal registration will open soon. All meals are provided by the Maumee Bay Lodge

Meal Service

When you register for Buckeye Trailfest ‘25, you will have the option to purchase a meal plan in advance. Please note that there will be no on-site meal plan purchases available at the event. BTF ‘25 will offer two different meal plans, and during check-in, you will receive a wristband indicating which plan you have selected. The meal plans will feature a variety of options served buffet style. Meals will be served in the White Egret room.

If arrive on Friday, you will be on your own for supper.

Meal Plans

Meal Plan 1 with wristband — All Meals (Saturday and Sunday)— $80
Meal Plan 2 with wristband — Saturday dinner only — $30

Menu and Meal Schedule

Saturday:

Breakfast (7:00am — 8:am): THE OHOIAN: Scrambled eggs, Breakfast potatoes, Bacon, Sausage Link, French Toast, Fresh Fruit display, Assorted Muffins, Assorted Juices, Coffees and Hot teas
Lunch (12:00pm — 1:00pm): THE DELICATESSEN: Smoked Turkey, ham, roast beef, tuna salad, traditional macaroni salad, chef’s potato salad, soup of the day, garden salad with house dressings, assorted artisan breads, sliced cheese tray with American, Swiss, Cheddar, and Provolone, traditional sandwich condiments, speciality potato chips, relish tray, coffee, hot and iced teas
Dinner (6:00pm — 7:00pm): THE TOUR OF ITALY: Penne pasta, Cheese tortellini, Alfredo sauce, Meatballs with Marinara, Traditional Sausage Lasagna, Chicken parmesan, Antipasto salad, Caesar Salad with Caesar or Italian dressing, Shaved parmesan cheese, Garlic breadsticks, Coffees, hot and iced teas.

Sunday:

Breakfast (7:00am — 8:15am): THE OHIOAN: Scrambled eggs, Breakfast potatoes, Bacon, Ham, Buttermilk Pancakes, Fresh Fruit display, Assorted Muffins, Assorted Juices, Coffees and Hot teas

All food items are subject to change, and no guarantees are made. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

Other Dining Options at Maumee Bay Lodge

Water's Edge Restaurant — From the Water's Edge, take in a breathtaking wraparound view of Lake Erie. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the restaurant features everything from pub pretzels to our famous fish and chips. The kids will love our children’s menu!
Restaurant Hours:
- Breakfast: 8:00 — 11:00 am
- Lunch: 11:00 am — 2:00 pm
- Dinner: 5:00 — 9:00 pm
Icebreaker Lounge — After a busy day of exploring, kick back and enjoy your evening at the Icebreaker Lounge. The relaxing nautical theme is complemented perfectly by your favorite drink or meal from our restaurant menu.
Bayside Snack Shop — Grab a quick bite before you head out for the day—or refuel after you’ve been exploring. There’s something for the whole family to enjoy!

Maumee Bay Lodge policy requires that food be purchased through the lodge and consumed only in the dining room, lounge or private meeting room. Therefore, no food is to be consumed in the public areas.
