BTF 2025 is happy to provide a camping option through online registration. We have secured a limited number of campsites in the Maumee Bay State Park Campground. Camping availability will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

We encourage you to register for camping as EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

Once the BTA’s allotment of campsites is complete, you must book through the State Park website for camping. We WILL NOT guarantee a spot will be available. The campground is expected to be fully booked during our event and typically fills up every weekend through mid-October.

Registration for camping will be available starting Friday, June 13, 2025.

The Campground Address is Park Rd 12, Oregon, OH 43616.

When you arrive at the campground, you will check in at the camp office, where they will give you your site number. Depending on the number of BTF-registered campers, you may be grouped with others.

• Camping is less than a 2-mile walk or a short drive from the Maumee Bay State Park Lodge and Conference Center.
• Campsite check-in is 3:00 p.m.. You will receive your site number when you check in at the entrance.
• Check out time is 1:00 p.m.
• Most BTF 2025 programming and activities will occur at the Lodge and Conference Center.

• Please remember that only three tents per site are allowed. A pop-up awning counts as a tent.
