TrailFest Event Registration is Open!

Join us at Maumee Bay Lodge & Conference Center for TrailFest 2025, the Buckeye Trail Association’s annual celebration of Ohio’s iconic long-distance trail! From guided hikes and paddling trips to workshops, and family-friendly fun, TrailFest is your chance to connect with nature, fellow trail enthusiasts, and the Buckeye Trail community.

Your Event Registration Includes:

• Access to all TrailFest programs: hikes, presentations, educational sessions, and evening socials
• Group campfires, storytelling, and community events
• Youth and family-friendly activities
• Connections with BTA members, volunteers, and outdoor organizations
• A TrailFest T-shirt when you register by August 15, 2025.

• Friday from 4pm to 8pm in the Lodge on the first floor
• Saturday from 7am to 4pm in the Lodge on the Second Floor.

NOTE: Lodging is not included in general registration.

If you plan to camp, you must select the camping option at registration AND any meal package selections you wish to include. Camping and meal options cannot be added later, so please plan accordingly when you register.

Event Registration Details:

• BTA Member Event Registration — $60.00
• Non-Member Event Registration — $80.00
• New or Renewing Membership with Event Registration — $85.00
• Student Event Registration — $50.00

Also on the Registration Form:

— RV or tent Camping option at Maumee Bay State Park Campground — $25.00 per person for the weekend
— Meal options — $95.00 per person for all 3 meals Saturday and Sunday Breakfast OR $30.00 for Saturday Dinner only.

NOTE: Once you have registered for TrailFest, you will receive a confirmation email and additional information to allow you to access reduced rates for Lodge Rooms and information for special registration for the free Friday Fun Day events.
